Job: Facilities Supervisor

Regional West Garden County is a nonprofit healthcare facility offering nursing home, clinic and critical access hospital services in Oshkosh, Nebraska and is seeking a talented Facilities Supervisor.

To serve this mission, you will plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structure, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of Regional West Garden County in an operative and sage working condition. This position will take on-call for the facility on a scheduled basis.

As the RWGC Facilities Supervisor, you will:

• Be responsible for departmental personnel matters to include interviewing and hiring of new staff, training, evaluating work performance, promotion, counseling, discipline and termination of maintenance staff
• Develop the annual operating budget, which includes personnel, equipment, materials and supply needs
• Oversee the Safety Committee for the facility

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have either a GED or high school diploma
• Have prior experience in a managerial capacity
• Have current and valid driver’s license
