Department: Nursing Home LPN II Casual

The Licensed Practical Nurse II (LPN) contributes to the on-going plan of care for the patient by observation and data collection.  The LPN implements, evaluates, and documents patient care as directed by the RN.  The LPN participates in the orientation of new staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:  Has a current and valid LPN license in the State of Nebraska.

EXPERIENCE:  None required. 1-2 years preferred.
